Homeworkify EU

Delete your Homeworkify account

This removes your Homeworkify account permanently. It works whether or not you still have the app installed.

What gets deleted

  • Your email address, display name, level and exam board.
  • Every question you have asked and every answer you were given.
  • The working you submitted to be checked, and any photographs you uploaded.
  • Your flashcards, revision history and any course material you added.
  • Your subscription, if you have one. It is cancelled with the payment provider before the account is removed, so you are not charged again.

What stays

The subject maps, question banks and AI Teacher lessons are generated once and shared by everyone studying that subject. They were never yours alone and carry nothing that identifies you, so they remain.

This cannot be undone. We keep no copy and there is no recovery window.
